Load Planner

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Load Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while supporting the team in achieving their goals. We are a Christmas Tree farm that strives for success in all seasons. An employee willing to pick up and learn where assistance is needed for all aspects of the farm would be a great asset. Duties Analyze technical data, reports, and Sales Orders to build loads. Determine optimum load route to deliver product on time. Maintain accurate records of loads and customer interactions. Communicate with customers on load delivery status. Support logistics planning and operations. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the team on business development initiatives. Reconfigure loads and routes on short notice. Check in / check out trucks Data entry Requirements Ability to provide great customer service. Strong skills in MicroSoft Office with emphasis on Excel and Google Sheets spreadsheets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and achieving targets. A willingness to learn about market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Pay:

$37,500.00 - $45,750.00 per year
