The International Operations Agent position is responsible for the oversight and movement of freight, from pick-up to delivery for commercial and residential customers.

Daily tasks include the following:

Generating and processing transportation documents. Review documents from shippers for compliance for use by Overseas Customs for Exports. Work with shippers for cargo collection for exports and consignees for deliveries for Imports. Dispatching pickups to carriers. Monitor inbound and outbound shipments. Tracking and tracing of shipments in process. Seamless communication with customer base as well as other internal offices. Accurate data entry. Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal skills and good organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with Cargowise is a bonus. Systems and TMS experience is helpful. High School diploma or equivalent is required. Intermediate and above proficiency with Microsoft Suite products.
