MC3 Logistics Leadership Fellow Professional Readiness and Business Operations Associate An Experiential Leadership and Early Career Development Opportunity for University of Washington Students and Recent Graduates The MC3 Logistics Leadership Fellows Program is an immersive professional readiness experience designed to help students bridge the gap between academic achievement and workplace excellence. This is not a traditional corporate internship. Fellows participate in the day-to-day operations of a growing business while developing leadership, communication, analytical, and professional skills that prepare them to contribute immediately in future roles. Applicants must be enrolled at the University of Washington or have graduated within the previous twelve months. Students from business, economics, communications, finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, information systems, and related disciplines are encouraged to apply. Fellowships typically run for eight to twelve weeks. Before the engagement begins, MC3 Logistics creates a customized development plan and shares it with the student and the Foster School. Compensation is $25 per hour for 20 hours per week. Shadow operational leaders, dispatchers, and managers Attend leadership meetings and document key decisions Analyze key performance indicators and operational trends Support hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement efforts Conduct field observations and ride along experiences Create reports, presentations, and recommendations Participate in coaching and performance conversations Deliver biweekly updates and a final capstone presentation Contribute to ongoing Leadership Speaker Series Professional communication and executive presence Leadership and decision making Business analytics and KPI tracking Business writing and presentation skills Time management and accountability Strategic thinking and problem solving Relationship building and networking Fellows receive exposure to an activated network of senior executives, entrepreneurs, and community leaders whose experience spans Fortune 500 companies, higher education, nonprofit organizations, and small business ownership. Participants leave the Fellowship with practical business experience, expanded professional networks, stronger communication skills, and a clearer understanding of how successful organizations operate.

Pay:
