Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experience and results-driven Chief Executive Officer(CEO) to oversee the overall operations, growth, profitability, and strategic directions of our automotive dealership. The CEO will provide leadership across sales, finance, operations, inventory, compliance, and personnel while ensuring the dealership , meets its financial and operation goals. Responsibilities Oversee all dealership operations and departments. Develop and implement business strategies and growth plans. Establish revenue, profitability, and performance goals. Monitor dealership financial performance, expenses, and budgets. Oversee sales, finance, inventory, and operational performance. Lead and manage department managers and key personnel. Evaluate employee and management performance. Develop policies and procedures to improve dealership operations. Ensure compliance with applicable dealership policies and regulations. Oversee relationships with lenders, vendors, auctions, and business partners. Review inventory acquisition, pricing, and profitability strategies. Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce operating costs. Make high-level hiring and management decisions. Resolve significant operational and customer issues. Report on dealership performance and establish long-term business objectives. Qualifications Significant leadership or executive management experience. Automotive dealership experience
REQUIRED
Strong understanding of sales, finance, operations, and business management. Proven ability to lead and develop teams. Strong financial and analytical skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities. Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies. Knowledge of automotive dealership operations preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field -REQUIRED.
Pay:
$15,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
