The organization provides acute inpatient psychiatric care, detox services, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and evidence-based therapies in a supportive, healing environment focused on stabilization, recovery, and long-term wellness. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) serves as the senior executive leader responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, financial performance, and clinical integrity of our psychiatric hospital. This role provides visionary leadership across inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and compliant psychiatric care while positioning the organization for sustainable growth and community impact. This is a hands-on executive leadership role ideal for a proven behavioral health executive who can balance mission-driven care with strong business acumen, regulatory expertise, and people-centered leadership.
