Executive Director / Chief Executive Officer Kentucky Pork Producers Association (KPPA) / Southeast Pork Alliance Are you a visionary leader who is passionate about agriculture and ready to make a meaningful impact on the future of the pork industry? The Kentucky Pork Producers Association is seeking an accomplished, relationship-driven Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer to lead one of Kentucky agriculture's most important producer organizations and help shape the future of pork production throughout Kentucky and the Southeast. This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic and influential leader to work directly with pork producers and a farmer-led Board of Directors while serving as a trusted voice for the industry. The Executive Director/CEO will provide leadership across organizational strategy, advocacy, financial and operational management, producer engagement, communications, and industry partnerships. As the chief executive and public representative of the organization, this individual will build strong relationships with producers, policymakers, agricultural organizations, industry partners, and state and national leaders. The Executive Director/CEO will lead and develop staff, support effective board governance, ensure responsible stewardship of organizational resources, and advance initiatives that deliver meaningful value to pork producers. The position will also serve as CEO of the Southeast Pork Alliance, helping strengthen regional collaboration and shared efforts across the Southeastern pork industry. The ideal candidate is a confident and collaborative leader with strong business and financial judgment, exceptional communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to build relationships and bring people together around a shared vision. Experience in agriculture, association or nonprofit management, agribusiness, advocacy, government affairs, or a related field is strongly preferred. The Executive Director/CEO reports directly to the Board of Directors and will play a critical role in protecting, promoting, and advancing the interests of Kentucky and Southeastern pork producers.
