Job Description
Southern Family Medicine is an integrated medical office providing Medically Assisted Treatment to individuals with addiction, mental health services and counseling. We are looking for full-time counselors to provide therapy to our mental health patients. This will be a contract position. License supervision and paid CEU's are included in this position as well as a paid rate for each patient seen. Schedule is flexible and can be a combination of in office and Telehealth but in person preferred.
