Job Description

The Senior Associate, Executive Office partners with the CEO Office team and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations for the CEO. This role manages end‑to‑end travel, strategic calendar alignment, leadership offsites, and the preparation of briefing materials, acting as both advisor and hands‑on executor to uphold BNY Mellon's standards of excellence. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a global financial services firm. Proven expertise in complex travel and event logistics coordination. Strong partnership skills with executive assistants and cross-functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication, especially for briefing materials. High proficiency with calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Concur) and event platforms. Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. Demonstrated discretion handling confidential and high-stakes information. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to travel as needed. Coordinate end-to-end CEO-level travel logistics, optimizing time and impact. Partner with the CEO Executive Assistant to manage strategic calendar alignment. Liaise with BNY events team to plan and execute leadership offsites and CEO events. Serve as advisory pre-event consultant and on-site technical lead to meet BNY standards. Gather, develop, and distribute briefing materials for key meetings, ensuring completeness. Collaborate with Investor Relations to secure timely updates for the CEO Office. Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding CEO initiatives. Monitor and track action items, deadlines, and deliverables across the CEO Office. Prepare post-event reports and lessons learned to improve future engagements. Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
