Position:
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) -
RN Location:
Cincinnati, OH Are you an experienced healthcare leader with a clinical background in nursing, particularly in geriatric or psychiatric care? Assurance Health, a leader in geriatric psychiatric care, is seeking a compassionate, dynamic, and clinically-driven CEO to lead our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Our hospitals include short-term psychiatric geriatric patients along with approximately 40 staff members.

Your Role:
As the CEO of Assurance Health, you will:
Lead Clinical Excellence:
Oversee the delivery of high-quality nursing and psychiatric care to our geriatric patients, ensuring their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Collaborate with
Clinical Teams:
Work closely with physicians, RNs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized, evidence-based care plans tailored to the needs of each patient.
Educate and Advocate:
Provide clinical leadership and support in educating patients and families about mental health conditions, care protocols, and treatment options, with a focus on compassionate, patient-first care.
Ensure Safety and Compliance:
Lead the hospital in maintaining the highest standards of clinical care and compliance with regulatory bodies, including The Joint Commission, CMS, and the Ohio Department of Mental Health. Foster a
Clinical Learning Environment:
Encourage continuous professional development and innovation to improve patient outcomes and healthcare practices. Participate in the shared on-call leadership rotation to support patient care operations and clinical oversight as scheduled.
Qualifications:
Required:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio, with clinical experience in psychiatric or geriatric care. Master's Degree.
Experience:
At least five years of leadership experience in healthcare, particularly in a clinical setting such as geriatric psychiatry or mental health.
Compassionate Leadership:
A passion for elderly patient care and the ability to foster a supportive, team-oriented clinical environment.
Team-Oriented:
Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Flexible:
Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of patients, staff, and regulatory requirements.
Additional Responsibilities:
Lead and support the clinical team in meeting operational goals and patient care standards. Oversee the implementation and compliance of hospital policies and procedures. Promote positive community relations and advocate for the hospital's mission and vision. Manage health surveys and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies.
