They have a current opening for a Hospital CEO for their location in the Cambridge, OH area. A Bachelor's degree is required and inpatient mental health leadership experience is a must. Hospital CEO - Behavioral Health Opportunity Job Requirements Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of leadership experience in a hospital, behavioral health, or healthcare setting. Experience managing budgets, operations, and organizational growth. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement programs. Hospital CEO - Behavioral Health Opportunity Job Responsibilities Lead the overall operations and performance of the hospital. Develop and implement strategic plans to support growth and patient care goals. Manage budgets, financial performance, and organizational resources. Build and lead executive teams while maintaining relationships with physicians, referral sources, and community partners.
