Job Description
Lead a legacy. Shape the future. After more than 40 years of visionary leadership, MaxHousing is seeking its next Executive Director to lead a respected nonprofit dedicated to advancing accessible housing, independence, and inclusion for people with disabilities. In this highly visible leadership role, you will: Provide strategic and operational leadership for a mission-driven organization. Partner with the Board of Directors to guide the organization's future while leading advocacy and community engagement efforts. We're looking for a collaborative, strategic leader with: Senior leadership experience in a nonprofit or other highly regulated environment. Demonstrated success in organizational leadership, financial management, and building trusted relationships and partnerships. A passion for accessibility, inclusion, and expanding opportunities for people with disabilities.
