The Board of Directors (Board) at AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union is seeking a President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) due to its current CEO's upcoming retirement. The Board envisions the incoming CEO bringing collaborative leadership and strategic growth plan to drive efficiency and profitability. It is important that the CEO continues to give back through charitable work and expand community involvement through outreach, business partnerships, and financial literacy initiatives. Providing a personalized service and building relationships are priorities, along with guiding the Credit Union through changes in a manner that honors its culture, supports its membership, and empowers the staff. A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in progressively responsible leadership roles are required, a master's degree is preferred. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential.
