$155,000 – $195,000

Chief Executive Officer:
  • Lead the overall strategy, operations, and performance of the organization
  • Serve as the public face of the organization throughout Indiana and nationally
  • Oversee budgeting, financial management, compliance, and funding sources
  • Partner with the Board of Directors on strategic planning and governance
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor attorneys and staff across multiple offices
  • Support fundraising, grant development, and stakeholder engagement efforts Qualifications for the
Chief Executive Officer:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) required
  • Leadership experience within a nonprofit, legal aid, social services, public interest, or mission-driven organization
  • Experience managing staff, budgets, grants, compliance, or funding programs
