CEO (Asad Mirza) The Role ContactPoint360 is a 5,000+ employee global CX and BPO organization operating across 12+ countries. We are scaling aggressively and strengthening enterprise-wide operating discipline. The Chief of Staff exists to: Increase executive leverage, improve decision quality, and enforce disciplined execution across the organization. This is not an administrative role. This is an enterprise operator role. The Mandate Your responsibility is to ensure the CEO's time, focus, and decisions translate into measurable company-wide results.
You will:
Convert strategy into execution. Increase accountability at the executive level. Eliminate operational drag. Improve enterprise reporting standards. Strengthen cross-functional alignment. Anticipate risks before they surface. You are leverage — not support.
Core Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Execution & Accountability Translate priorities into structured quarterly execution plans. Track executive KPIs rigorously. Ensure commitments are delivered. Elevate leadership meeting discipline. Identify and eliminate low-value initiatives. Output matters more than activity. 2️⃣ Enterprise Discipline Improve reporting consistency across global sites. Increase financial and operational visibility. Strengthen governance standards. Ensure clarity in metrics and decision frameworks. Raise the bar on analytical rigor. Growth must compound — not create chaos. 3️⃣ Strategic Initiatives Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives (AI, M&A integration, expansion efforts). Prepare clear decision memos with risk assessment. Identify second- and third-order consequences. Surface structural issues early. You must bring clarity under pressure. 4️⃣ Organizational Alignment Reduce friction between sales, operations, finance, HR, and country leadership. Challenge assumptions constructively. Influence without authority. Maintain absolute discretion. Maturity is required. How You Will Be Measured? CEO bandwidth gained per week. Executive follow-through rate. Speed and cleanliness of initiative execution. Reduction in cross-functional bottlenecks. Improvement in reporting clarity and decision quality. If execution improves at scale — you are succeeding.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for an experienced operator with: 8-15 years in consulting, private equity, finance, or senior operating roles. Strong P&L literacy and financial fluency. Experience working directly with C-level leadership. Exceptional analytical and written communication skills. High emotional intelligence and executive presence. Comfort challenging the CEO respectfully. Ability to operate globally across cultures. Experience in BPO, tech-enabled services, or multi-country operations is strongly preferred. This Role Is Not For Individuals seeking comfort over growth. Those who avoid difficult conversations. People who confuse activity with impact. Those who require constant validation. This is a high-accountability seat at the center of a global enterprise.
Compensation:
Executive-level compensation package with performance-based upside aligned to long-term enterprise growth.
