Competitive, based on experience Job Summary Tiago's Tacos is hiring reliable, energetic Team Members to support daily restaurant operations. This role focuses on cooking, assembling menu items, cashiering, and delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Kitchen & Food Service Cook and assemble menu items according to company standards Follow recipes, portioning, and food safety guidelines Maintain speed, quality, and consistency during service Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, and stocked Cashier & Guest Service Greet guests promptly and professionally Take customer orders accurately using the POS system Provide menu guidance and suggest add-ons when appropriate Process cash and card transactions accurately General Team Duties Maintain cleanliness of workstations, service areas, and dining room Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned Follow all company policies, health codes, and safety procedures Work collaboratively with the team during busy shifts Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities within a growing restaurant group Supportive, team-focused work environment Employee meal discounts How to Apply Apply through Indeed or in person at your nearest Tiago's Tacos location.
