GCSAA is seeking a seasoned, proactive, detail-oriented professional to serve as a trusted partner to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This high-impact role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, organization and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. As the primary point of contact for the CEO's office, you'll play a critical role in supporting executive leadership, coordinating Board and high-level communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Executive Office. Success in this role depends as much on building trusted relationships as it does on exceptional organization. You'll work closely with board members, past presidents, allied organizations, VIPs, and internal leaders while representing the Office of the CEO with professionalism and discretion. This position also plays a key role in delivering an outstanding experience at the annual GCSAA Conference and Trade Show. This role manages the CEO's complex calendar, coordinates Board activities and executive meetings, prepares presentations and executive materials, arranges travel, oversees executive correspondence, maintains confidential records and helps keep key initiatives and projects moving forward.
