Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Andrews, TX, responsible for the overall strategic, operational, and financial performance of Permian Regional Medical Center. The CEO oversees daily hospital operations, including clinical and non-clinical departments, to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient care delivery. This role leads the development and execution of long-term strategic plans, annual business plans, and performance goals aligned with the organization's mission and community needs. The CEO manages budgets and financial performance, monitors key metrics, and ensures regulatory and accreditation compliance. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with the Board of Directors, medical staff, employees, community leaders, and external partners, as well as leading initiatives in workforce engagement, patient experience, service line development, and community outreach. Qualifications Strong financial leadership skills, including Finance, budgeting, and fiscal stewardship in a healthcare or complex service environment. Proven Operations Management experience overseeing hospital or health system functions, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. Demonstrated ability in Strategic Planning and Business Planning, including setting organizational priorities and driving execution. Experience with Sales, business development, or growth initiatives, particularly in expanding service lines and community partnerships. Advanced leadership skills, including team building, change management, and the ability to inspire and align diverse stakeholders. Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-management skills with boards, clinicians, staff, and community representatives. Thorough understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, reimbursement models, and hospital operations. Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; Progressive senior leadership experience in a hospital or health system, including prior CEO, COO, or equivalent executive role strongly preferred.
