This is more than an executive support role. As the operational extension of the CEO, you will help drive strategic priorities, support Board governance, coordinate enterprise initiatives, develop executive communications and presentations, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Coordinate priorities and operations for the Office of the CEO Support Board of Directors and Executive Committee activities Track strategic initiatives and organizational priorities Develop executive presentations, reports, and communications Prepare briefing materials and follow-up for meetings and events Support relationships with board members, donors, and community partners Improve processes, organization, and accountability across executive work Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years supporting senior executives or leadership teams Exceptional communication, organization, and project coordination skills Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion Compensation/Benefits We offer an exciting, fun, inclusive, growth-oriented work environment that includes strong health benefits options, 12% employer-paid retirement upon meeting eligibility, childcare discount, complimentary Y membership, and continuous professional development opportunities.
