This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance strategy with day-to-day execution and who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, client-focused environment. You'll own the business infrastructure that lets the business operate efficiently, scale smoothly, and deliver a great experience for clients and employees, with leadership across operations, people, finance and administration, technology, vendors, and strategy. Above all, this is a people role: the person we hire will lead and coach the team, build the culture, and be the steady, trusted hand others look to. You'll have real, meaningful influence over the business's operations, culture, growth, and long-term strategy. Extra Qualifications (not required) 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in operations, business administration, HR, or professional-services management. Time as a COO, Director of Operations or Administration, Business Manager, Office Manager, HR Manager, or similar senior role. Experience in a professional-services organization, such as an accounting or CPA firm, consulting firm, healthcare or medical practice, or similar. Experience supporting a growing or multi-office organization and advising owners or senior leaders.
