The Site Leader drives Operational Excellence initiatives throughout the heavily matrixed organization and implements effective continuous improvement in support of plant, business units and customer requirements. This position is responsible for providing managerial leadership and direction to the plant/manufacturing facility, maximizing capital and human resource utilization in attaining all financial and operations objectives for assigned plant(s). In addition to creating and executing financial budgets and plans, this position is accountable for leading safety, security, quality, operations, engineering, and supply chain teams for the purpose of producing assigned products according to customer requirements.

Full-Time Expectations Create strategic vision for plant operations including multi-year improvement goals for development of people, automation of processes, upgrades to equipment, changes in plant lay-out, et al for the purpose of increasing productivity during the processing of customer orders Collaborate with the Business Unit Manager in the development and execution of facility operations budgets, expenses, and systems to meet or exceed the annual targets Ensure 100% compliance in safety, environmental and all other regulations by facilitating and leading awareness, training, investigations, and positive preventative behavior relative to compliance requirements Facilitate and lead the development of plans, procedures and systems specific to meeting customer needs and satisfaction, timeliness and delivery of goods and services.
