Essential Functions and Duties:
Direct company-wide operations across construction, project management, field services, and administrative functions Drive strategic initiatives that improve operational performance, profitability, project delivery, and client satisfaction Build and develop high-performing leadership teams while promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Collaborate with executive leadership to establish business goals, financial plans, and long-term growth strategies Oversee financial results, contract performance, resource allocation, and the development of commercial and government business opportunities Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence while serving as a key representative with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience 15+ years of construction industry experience, including extensive leadership in project or program management Proven success leading large, multidisciplinary construction and operations teams Experience managing government contracts, project controls, estimating, scheduling, and contract administration Strong financial leadership with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and business planning Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills with a track record of driving organizational growth and operational excellence Get in touch!
