This role oversees multiple locations, strengthens business performance, and ensures a consistent, personalized member experience. Key Responsibilities Direct daily and long-term operations across current and future locations. Develop operating plans, workflows, service standards, and performance goals. Lead the operational planning and launch of new centers. Oversee budgets, forecasts, revenue, expenses, and financial reporting. Work with physicians, imaging providers, laboratories, and other partners to coordinate diagnostic and longevity programs. Improve scheduling, results coordination, follow-up, and the overall member experience. Build strategic referral relationships and support membership growth and retention. Report operational and financial performance to executive leadership and recommend improvements. Qualifications 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations. Experience overseeing multiple locations or complex healthcare programs. Strong background in operations, financial management, and executive-level communication. Ability to travel between locations.
