The Director of Imaging Services provides strategic, operational, and administrative leadership for the Radiology Service Line, overseeing imaging services across multiple clinic and imaging center locations throughout the Bay Area. Partnering closely with providers, clinical leaders, and senior leadership teams, this role is responsible for driving operational excellence, advancing strategic growth initiatives, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. As a key leader within the organization, the Director develops and executes service line strategies, establishes operational goals, and oversees the effective management of human, financial, and material resources. This role is accountable for optimizing operational performance, implementing policies and programs, maintaining service-level standards, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. This position requires regular travel throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, with approximately 25% of time spent at clinic and imaging center locations. Through an active onsite presence, the Director collaborates with local leadership teams, evaluates operational effectiveness, supports workforce development, and promotes consistency in patient experience, service quality, and operational standards across all locations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Radiologic Sciences, or a related field. Minimum of seven (5) years of progressive leadership experience in diagnostic imaging, radiology, or healthcare operations. Demonstrated experience managing multi-site operations, budgets, and complex healthcare teams. Strong knowledge of imaging operations, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and healthcare quality initiatives.
