The COO will oversee all aspects of business operations, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role is vital in managing large-scale organizational change, optimizing processes, and strengthening business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with proven experience in executive management, financial oversight, and operational strategy, committed to delivering exceptional results through data-driven decision making and innovative leadership. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals to enhance efficiency and profitability. Lead business development management efforts to identify new market opportunities, expand existing client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Oversee business operations across departments, ensuring seamless coordination, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives. Manage budgets meticulously, including forecasting, financial management, profit and loss analysis, and executive-level budget oversight. Drive large-scale organizational change management projects to improve workflows, optimize resource allocation, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Provide leadership to senior management teams by setting clear objectives, mentoring leaders, and promoting effective communication with executives. Utilize operational analysis and data-driven insights to inform strategic planning, improve processes, and support executive decision making. Supervise project management efforts across multiple initiatives ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints. Foster an environment of innovation by promoting best practices in operations management and process improvement. Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders about operational performance, strategic initiatives, and organizational health. Requirements Proven experience in operational excellence initiatives, business development management, and large-scale organizational change management. Strong background in business operations, financial management including budgeting and profit & loss analysis. Demonstrated success in executive leadership roles with experience managing senior teams and supervising large groups of managers or staff. Expertise in project management methodologies and process improvement strategies. Excellent verbal communication skills tailored for high-level executive interactions. Ability to lead strategic management efforts through data-driven decision making and operational analysis. Skilled in change management practices that support sustainable organizational growth. Experience in strategic planning, forecasting, program management, and operational management within complex organizations. Strong leadership qualities with a focus on motivating teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results in fast-paced environments.
