Job Description

Job Description An employer is seeking an Operations Leader to join a rapidly growing healthcare technology startup focused on preventing chronic disease and improving patient outcomes. This individual will work directly with executive leadership and play a critical role in building and scaling the operational infrastructure of the business.

Responsibilities include
  • Partner closely with the CEO to drive day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives across the organization
  • Own and manage the clinical hiring process end-to-end, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning for clinical staff such as RNs and LVNs
  • Lead and execute high-priority operational projects impacting multiple business functions
  • Develop, improve, and scale internal processes across recruiting, compliance, systems, and clinical operations
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of company initiatives and growth objectives
  • Support legal, compliance, and operational workflows to maintain scalable infrastructure
  • Help foster a high-performance, mission-driven culture within a fast-paced startup environment
  • Base Salary:
    $140,000
  • $180,000

  • 4+ years of experience in operations, business operations, chief of staff, startup operations, consulting, or a similar multidisciplinary role
  • Experience managing complex projects across multiple functional areas
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Ability to work directly with senior leadership and influence business decisions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Technically savvy and comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in an early-stage startup or high-growth company environment prioritized
  • Healthcare or healthcare startup experience
  • Experience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, or workforce operations
  • Exposure to compliance, legal operations, or healthcare regulations.
