Adventist Health seeks a mission-driven Multi-Site Director to lead operations across multiple care locations. In this role, you will oversee clinical and non-clinical services, ensuring high-quality, whole-person care that reflects our faith-based values. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budget and staff management, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement. You will mentor leaders, foster collaborative, inclusive teams, and partner with physicians and community organizations to advance community health and expand services in alignment with Adventist Health's mission. Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple Adventist Health sites to ensure high-quality, whole-person care Oversee clinical and non-clinical operations, staffing, and performance metrics across assigned locations Align site goals with Adventist Health's mission, values, and regulatory standards Lead and develop managers and care teams, fostering collaboration, inclusivity, and professional growth Manage budgets, resources, and process improvements to enhance patient experience and efficiency Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality, and safety standards Build strong relationships with physicians, staff, and community partners to advance community health Use data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and service expansion Required Skills Healthcare operations management Multi-site leadership Strategic planning Budgeting and financial management Regulatory and accreditation compliance Performance improvement and quality management Data analysis and KPI management Team leadership and staff development Stakeholder and physician relations Project and change management
