Location:
Santa Ana, CA Multiple Positions Available:
Identify, design, develop, implement, and execute new and existing processes, policies, goals, and solutions to ensure optimal customer experience related to fulfillment solutions. Drive development efforts and manage priorities for project/program completion, including operational solutions. Create schedules, identify and communicate risks to stakeholders, define risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate appropriate engineering solutions. Develop system requirements to streamline and simplify tools used to manage and enhance operational productivity, accuracy, and effectiveness. Evaluate effectiveness of current or future fulfillment channel performance. Collaborate with other departments to integrate with business systems and processes. Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, supply chain, and fulfillment operations. Maintain metrics, reports, and process documentation to monitor and analyze delivery performance and key business performance indicators. Manage cross-functional teams and/or third party-vendors for implementation of project/program requirements. Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all projects, and using this data to drive/influence business decisions. Domestic travel up to 75% to perform role responsibilities may be required. (40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $90792

One year of experience in the following skills: 1. Managing operations projects from design to implementation for large-scale fulfillment solutions; experience with selection optimization. 2. Experience in program management, including managing, planning, organizing, scheduling, and tracking of projects from initiation, planning, execution, and delivery. 3. Experience in working in the business procurement organization of a consumer market segment company or related industry experience in supply chain/transportation operations, direct-to-customer fulfillment/distribution center/operations, general management, or engineering operations. The pay range for this position in Santa Ana, CA is $90792
  • $114900 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
