About the
Role:
As a CBRE PropertyManagement General Manager, you willlead the strategic oversight of all operational and financial activities for aflagship South Florida asset. This role is the primary steward of the\"CBRE Golden Standard,\" ensuring high-end service delivery on behalfof our ownership partners.
What You'll Do:
Provide high-level supervision to site staff, driving a culture of stewardship, accountability, and professional excellence. Lead the recruitment and training of personnel to ensure a \"concierge-first\" service mentality. Coordinate the team's daily activities, implementing cross-training programs that ensure operational continuity and department-wide performance. Serve as the strategic liaison for high-profile tenants, proactively managing relationships and resolving complex needs to ensure long-term retention. Act as the primary owner representative, delivering sophisticated financial reporting and executive-level communication to ensure investment objectives are met. Develop and control high-value annual budgets and capital improvement plans. Forecast complex performance trends and provide data-driven variance analysis. Lead the implementation of advanced emergency recovery and resiliency programs to safeguard the asset and its occupants. Prepare and approve all legal notices; coordinate with legal counsel to manage property risk and compliance requirements. Audit and oversee rent collection and complex CAM recovery reconciliations to maximize property cash flow and accuracy.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of high-end asset management experience. A proven track record in Class A office or luxury mixed-use assets is highly desirable. Advanced communication skills to lead the exchange of sensitive information and convey high-performance expectations to both staff and ownership. Visionary leadership skills to motivate teams toward broad operational targets that impact the discipline and the overall South Florida portfolio. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-standard accounting platforms (Yardi/MRI). Superior organizational skills and an analytical, inquisitive mindset focused on process improvement.
