Senior Vice President of Operations - Miami

‍ Our client is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee multi-site field operations across a large, geographically dispersed portfolio. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership to drive performance, operational consistency, and strategic growth initiatives across the region. (Heavy Travel Involved) ‍

Key Responsibilities:

‍ Lead regional operations with full accountability for performance, growth, and efficiency Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and organizational priorities Oversee and develop regional leadership teams across multiple locations Drive operational excellence, including financial performance, workforce planning, and process optimization Ensure compliance, quality standards, and strong stakeholder engagement across sites Support change management efforts during a period of organizational evolution ‍

Qualifications:

‍ 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site operations Proven track record managing large, distributed teams Strong financial and operational acumen (P&L ownership preferred) Experience driving growth, efficiency, and turnaround initiatives Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills ‍ This is a high-impact role for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoys building structure, driving results, and leading teams at scale.
