SRE Lead

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills The SRE / AIOps Lead provides strategic and technical leadership for the Site Reliability Engineering and Business Production Support teams that safeguard the stability, performance, and availability of multi-brand eCommerce platforms This role has end-to-end ownership of product health across multiple value streams, spanning Incident Management, Application Performance, Configuration Management, and Production Operations Readiness. The leader drives AIOps and automation adoption across SRE practices, championing modern tools, AI-driven capabilities, and continuous operational improvement. Given the revenue-critical nature of the eCommerce platform, this role carries executive-level visibility and requires clear, timely communication to senior leadership during incidents and operational reviews. The ideal candidate combines deep SRE and IT operations expertise with proven people-leadership experience and a strong grasp of modern observability, cloud infrastructure, Adobe AEM, and emerging AIOps concepts. Roles & Responsibilities Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, including services like Elastic Beanstalk. Strong understanding of API design principles: REST, SOAP, GraphQL. Advanced knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (AppDynamics, Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, or similar). Strong proficiency in Adobe AEM to guide technical initiatives and mentor teams.
