We are seeking a dynamic Regional Vice President of Operations to lead and oversee campus operations, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and an exceptional experience for students, staff, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for campus functions. Drive financial performance, budget management, and achievement of organizational goals. Lead, mentor, and develop campus leadership teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction. Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives and foster growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. 7+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, preferably in higher education, healthcare, or multi-site operations. Proven success managing budgets, leading large teams, and driving operational results. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel within the region as needed.
