Market Operating Leader (Senior Director or Vice President) - Must live in Florida Florida | Greater Orlando market Build a market from the ground up. Own the P and L. The blueprint and the capital are yours. You are a healthcare operator who has run a market under capitation inside someone else's model. This is the seat where you build your own. A brand new, independent, physician led, private equity backed senior care organization is standing up nearly 100 care centers across Florida, and it is hiring the proven healthcare operations leader who will own its Greater Orlando market: more than 20 centers, the full P and L, and founding authority over how the market runs. Additional Florida markets are hiring in parallel. What you will own The full P and L for a 20 plus center market, driven to positive operating margin under full capitation The market's first operating cadence: staffing model, visit economics, and a performance rhythm that does not exist yet The transition from fee for service into two sided risk, executed cleanly and profitably Joint ventures and IPA integration with the market's strongest local providers Star ratings, HEDIS, risk adjustment accuracy, and total cost of care for the entire market What you bring Ten plus years in healthcare operations, including three or more running a multisite market or region under capitation or two sided risk Direct P and L accountability of $50M or more, with margin ownership rather than budget administration A market turnaround you can walk through with numbers, and working relationships with health systems and specialty groups The builder's bias: you would rather write the playbook than inherit one Compensation sits in the top quartile of the market with meaningful incentive, in a state with no income tax.
