Pensacola , FL Are You Ready to Lead a Senior Living Community? If you're an operations leader who loves building strong teams, driving occupancy, and making a real difference in the lives of seniors, we'd like to talk with you. What You'll Do Lead all day-to-day operations, including resident care/wellness, sales, dining, activities, housekeeping, and maintenance Hire, train, coach, and develop your department leaders and team members Own the community's budget, occupancy, revenue, and expense performance Keep the community fully compliant with state regulations and company standards Build strong relationships with residents, families, team members, and local referral partners Serve as the community's on-site leader, including availability during emergencies What You'll Bring 3+ years of leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality operations Ability to meet your state's requirements for assisted living administrators (or obtain required licensure) Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, hospitality management, or a related field preferred Solid financial skills — budgeting, P&L review, and expense management Comfort with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and cloud-based business systems Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a genuine heart for serving seniors Flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends Valid driver's license and safe driving record Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Health savings account and flexible spending account Life insurance Employee assistance program Paid time off Bonus opportunities Ability to Commute/Relocate Must be able to reliably commute to the community or relocate before starting work (Required).
