Venice, Florida Salary:
$90,000-$105,000 per year + Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities Full-Time | Approximately 40 Hours per Week Lead a Community. Inspire a Team. Make a Difference. Maris Pointe is seeking an experienced and results-driven Executive Director to provide overall leadership for our senior living community in Venice, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven senior living leader who is passionate about resident satisfaction, associate engagement, operational excellence, financial performance, and census growth. The Executive Director has overall responsibility and authority for the community's operations and works closely with Greenbrier Senior Living to ensure its continued success. Compensation and Schedule Annual salary of $90,000-$105,000 , based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Full-time position averaging approximately 40 hours per week Must be available for on-call responsibilities, weekends, holidays, and emergencies as needed What You Will Do Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all areas of community operations. Establish and support the mission, vision, culture, and goals of the community. Lead, mentor, and hold Department Directors accountable for performance and results. Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, associate relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and employment separation decisions. Promote a welcoming, service-focused environment for residents, families, associates, and visitors. Develop and implement effective programs, policies, procedures, and operational best practices. Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Oversee the community's financial performance, including budgeting, expense management, labor management, revenue, and overall profitability. Partner with sales and marketing leaders to support census growth, lead generation, tours, and move-ins. Provide oversight of resident services, healthcare operations, facilities management, risk management, quality assurance, hospitality, and first impressions. Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with residents, families, associates, community partners, and ownership representatives. Provide Greenbrier Senior Living with timely and accurate reports, analyses, and recommendations regarding community operations. Perform other duties as assigned. What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required. Must meet all applicable Florida requirements for assisted living community administration. At least eight years of progressively responsible management experience in senior living, long-term care, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field required. Previous Executive Director or senior-level community leadership experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of senior living operations, regulatory compliance, budgeting, sales, marketing, and team development. Proven ability to lead Department Directors, build accountable teams, and achieve operational and financial goals. Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Ability to maintain a visible and approachable leadership presence throughout the community. Must be capable of sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, reaching, turning, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, grasping with both hands, and performing fine manipulation throughout the workday.
