AVP Operations Accountant:
- 6-8+ years of accounting experience, preferably within insurance, MGA, brokerage, or carrier environments
- Strong expertise in general ledger, reconciliations, and financial analysis
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a working manager capacity
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA, MBA, or MAcc preferred)
- Experience with financial close, audits, and budgeting processes
