Executive/Admin Description of Duties:

The individual in this role will serve as the Chief IDD Officer and provide effective management of the agency's intellectual and developmental disability program throughout the 11-county service area. The focus of this program is to provide Day Program services that support individuals with developmental disabilities in the community. The IDD Services goal is maintain and improve quality of life for persons with IDD using key performance indicators and system evaluation of services and supports provided to participants. The Chief IDD Officer will ensure group homes are in compliance with all federal, state, and local licensing and operating standard, as well as any accrediting entities, regulatory bodies, contractors and insurance providers. The Chief IDD Officer will oversee the development and implementation of the program's policies and procedures. The Chief IDD Officer will monitor the program budget and fiscal operations as well as serve as a member of the Senior Management Team to achieve the agency's fiscal goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in a related area from an accredited college or university AND Two years of management of subordinate managers/supervisors in a human service delivery program OR Bachelor's degree in a related area from an accredited college or university AND Five years of experience, including three years of management of subordinate managers/supervisors in a human service delivery program OR Three years of experience required at lower level Mgr 3, Social Svcs or position equivalent.
