Supervise management team across multiple functions, providing guidance on operational management and fostering a high-performance culture. Utilize data-driven decision making to analyze profit and loss statements, operational metrics, and performance indicators for continuous improvement. Implement change management strategies that support large-scale organizational initiatives while maintaining employee engagement and member communication. Experience Proven track record in senior leadership roles with extensive supervisory experience in managing diverse teams within complex organizations. Demonstrated expertise in operational excellence initiatives, process improvement methodologies, and large-scale organizational change management. Strong background in business development management combined with strategic planning capabilities to drive growth initiatives. Extensive experience in financial management including budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and operational analysis. Skilled in project management with a history of leading cross-functional programs that deliver measurable results on time and within scope. Exceptional verbal communication skills suited for engaging with executives and presenting complex data insights clearly and confidently.
