Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Living Director to lead our organization in providing exceptional care and support to senior citizens who need specialized care such as dementia care. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in operations management, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of resident rights. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing the quality of life for our residents while fostering an environment of growth and development for our staff. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of senior living facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery/care and sustain resident satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and develop team to achieve operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Manage financial performance by adhering to budgets, analyzing financial reports, and implementing cost-effective measures. Ensure that all staff are trained in best practices related to senior care, memory care, and resident rights. Establish partnerships with community organizations to enhance service offerings and support systems for residents. Requirements Proven experience in leadership roles within long-term care or senior care settings. Strong knowledge of operations management principles as they relate to senior living Experience working with senior citizens with specialized needs is highly desirable. Exceptional financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets effectively. Understanding of resident rights and advocacy practices within senior living. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively staff members, residents, families and visitors.
