Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Requirements Must have experience in managing food service at a high level. Exceptional strategic planning skills with the ability to translate visions into actionable plans. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent communication and decision-making skills. Extensive experience managing profit & loss statements and financial performance metrics. Supervising experience in overseeing multiple departments or business units simultaneously. Strong background in business development, sales strategies, and client relationship management. Proficiency in project management methodologies and process improvement initiatives. $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
