Job Description Responsible for managing and optimizing concession, telecom, food, vending, and health & wellness programs and operations. Provides operational guidance and resolves service-related issues to maintain high standards of customer experience and business performance. Ensures compliance to corporate and local policies and procedures.
Grading is determined in accordance with the published Volume Standards. Job Grade 4 Job Tier 3 Career Area Services Supervisor Yes Job Qualifications Five years of experience in retail, food, or services operations with at least one year of experience managing and/or overseeing services, vendor, or concession operations. General administrative experience, with knowledge of common business concepts and practices is required. OR Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in retail, food, or services operations with at least one year of experience managing and/or overseeing services, vendor, or concession operations. General administrative experience, with knowledge of common business concepts and practices is required.
