Job Description The Vice President of Customer Operations provides strategic leadership and oversight for Customer Service, Billing, and third-party vendor management to ensure operational excellence and an exceptional customer experience. This role partners closely with the Roofing Sales team to ensure customer orders are efficiently managed, accurately processed, and delivered with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, service quality, and relationship management. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the Vice President of Customer Operations contributes to the development and execution of the company's business strategy, driving continuous improvement, operational performance, and customer-centric initiatives that support organizational growth and success. Oversee Customer Operations including 3rd party relationships, billing and customer service for TM Roofing Build and maintain all Third party Trading Goods vendor relationships Assist in contracts, pricing, rebate, and volume negotiations with Trading Goods Vendors Oversee all purchasing of third party trading goods stock and responsible for building and maintaining a stocking plan to ensure continuous supply Work closely with Sales Management Team to build customer relationships Visit key customer accounts and become involved in the sales strategy to ensure growth Responsible for creating and executing a strategic operations plan that aligns with the company's goals Attract, retain, and develop high performing operations team fostering a culture of continuous improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance - preferred 10+ years in managing a customer operations team A strong strategic thinker with the ability to turn strategy into actionable plans The ability to envision the future while also translating that vision into meaningful short-term actions Proven leadership and management abilities The ability to lead teams of diverse people from across the organization Additional Information 401k with Generous Company Match Bonuses Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Paid Parental Leave Life Insurance Disability Insurance Paid time off, Paid holidays Floating holidays + Paid Volunteer Time Wellness/Fitness Reimbursements Education Assistance Professional Development Opportunities Employee Referral Program & More!
