Mentor and support Licensed Nursing Home Administrators in achieving operational, clinical, financial, and regulatory goals. Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve quality, occupancy, labor management, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Partner with regional clinical, human resources, reimbursement, and support teams to drive organizational success. Promote survey readiness and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company standards. Develop future leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with physicians, referral partners, and community stakeholders. Travel throughout Maryland and Delaware to support assigned centers. What You'll Need Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA/LNHA) license in good standing or eligibility for licensure in Maryland and/or Delaware. Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. Multi-site leadership or regional operations experience preferred. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Strong understanding of skilled nursing operations, CMS regulations, state regulatory requirements, reimbursement, labor management, budgeting, and quality improvement. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop leaders, manage change, and achieve operational and financial objectives. Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel throughout Maryland and Delaware.
