Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our organization's operational excellence and drive sustainable growth. Duties Lead the development and execution of operational strategies that support overall business objectives and growth initiatives. Drive operational excellence initiatives to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery across all departments. Oversee business development management to identify new opportunities, expand market presence, and strengthen client relationships. Manage large-scale organizational change management projects to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability. Implement data-driven decision-making practices to inform strategic management and operational analysis. Supervise senior leadership teams to align departmental goals with organizational priorities while fostering a high-performance culture. Oversee project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of initiatives within scope and budget constraints. Promote process improvement initiatives that streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational effectiveness. Maintain clear verbal communication with executives to report on key performance metrics, risks, and opportunities for growth. Experience Proven experience in executive-level team management with a strong background in operations management. Demonstrated success leading operational excellence initiatives within complex organizations. Extensive experience in business development management and strategic planning. Strong background in financial management including profit and loss analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis. Skilled in large-scale organizational change management with a track record of managing change effectively across multiple teams or divisions. Expertise in project management methodologies with the ability to oversee multiple programs simultaneously. Supervising experience with senior leadership teams; adept at motivating teams toward shared goals. Exceptional verbal communication skills tailored for engaging with executives and stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of process improvement techniques such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable. Data-driven decision-making capabilities combined with strategic management expertise to guide organizational growth. $145,129.32 - $161,046.49 per year
