POSITION SUMMARY

The MBA Internship Program is a dynamic, 10-week paid internship designed to provide first-year MBA students with hands-on experience in field operations and strategic project work. Interns are placed at locations across the country and are supported by a dedicated program manager and mentor throughout the experience. This program offers direct exposure to executive leadership and provides opportunities to contribute to high-impact initiatives that drive business performance. PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in structured rotations across functional areas such as Operations, Finance, Maintenance, Sales, and Administration. Execute project deliverables identified by functional leaders and present findings to key stakeholders. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth. Develop professional documents and communications related to project outcomes. Engage with employees and leadership teams to understand business drivers and operational challenges. Learn how to influence financial outcomes and contribute to strategic decision-making. Adhere to the formal training curriculum and complete all assigned tasks within the internship timeframe. Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated interest in operations, leadership, and business strategy.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Currently enrolled in the first year of an accredited MBA program. Ability to commit to a full-time, 10-week internship beginning in June.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $51,300.00 to $70,500.00

Through acquisitions and industry advancements, we safely and sustainably manage our customers' multiple waste streams through a North American footprint of vertically integrated assets. We focus on three areas of growth to meet the increasing needs of our customers: recycling and waste, environmental solutions and sustainability innovation. With our integrated approach, strengthening our position in one area advances other areas of our business. For example, as we grow volume in recycling and waste, we collect additional material to bolster our circularity capabilities. Recycling and Waste We continue to expand our recycling and waste business footprint throughout North America through organic growth and targeted acquisitions. The Republic Services Polymer Center is the nation's first integrated plastics recycling facility. These innovative sites process rigid plastics from our recycling centers, producing recycled materials that promote true bottle-to-bottle circularity.
