Full-Time | Salaried | Exempt Job Overview Guardian Angels Supported Living Services is seeking a strong, organized, and motivated Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our supported living and behavioral health services. This position works directly under the CEO, who focuses on company growth, development, and expansion. The COO will serve as the operational leader of the organization, working closely with department heads to ensure all programs, homes, staff, and operations run efficiently and remain compliant with Department of Mental Health (DMH) regulations and company standards. We are looking for someone who can lead teams, solve problems, improve operations, and help maintain a positive and professional culture throughout the company. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of all company departments and programs Work closely with department heads and supervisors Ensure compliance with DMH, Medicaid, HIPAA, and company policies Assist with staffing, scheduling, employee accountability, and leadership support Monitor operational performance and implement improvements when needed Help maintain quality care and person-centered services for individuals served Support employee development, coaching, and workplace culture Assist with audits, inspections, incident reporting, and compliance reviews Coordinate communication between leadership and departments Support the Director with operational implementation of company goals Qualifications Management experience in healthcare, supported living, behavioral health, or human services preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities Experience supervising staff and leadership teams Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of DMH regulations preferred Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset Valid driver's license required What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Supportive leadership environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals served Professional and team-focused workplace culture How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your leadership and operational experience. Pay:

$60,170.59 - $80,000.00 per year
