Garage Door Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Garage Door Technician to join our team or someone who would like to build a career in our industry. Candidate should be familiar with the use of hand tools, have a good driving record, and should be willing to earn the title of garage door technician through months of training. Such a candidate would start in the warehouse, learning about the components of all types of doors and would then work in the field with experienced technicians to learn the art of installing a working garage door, operator or repair of an existing door. Candidate will be required to lift door bundles up to 70 pounds and be comfortable working from ladders and manlifts. Experience Proven experience in construction, remodeling, carpentry, or handyman work would be helpful. Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment required for heavy lifting and precise installations.

Pay:

$34,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
