Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages innovation and collaboration. Analyze departmental metrics and implement improvements as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and communication.

Proven experience in a management role. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. A track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
