Chief Leadership Officer Role Purpose The Chief Leadership Officer (CLO) exists to develop strong leaders, ensure operational excellence, and steward the business well. This role leads with a servant's heart and an operator's mindset—driving people development, food safety, operational consistency, and financial performance while supporting business growth and long-term success.
Primary Responsibilities Leadership & Culture:
