PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- To manage program design, product portfolio, service delivery, customer satisfaction, renewal and profitability of specific national, regional, or otherwise assigned accounts ensuring efficient, cost effective, and high quality delivery of clinical services to clients such as Home Health, Post Acute and Physical Therapy.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE
- + Plans for staffing needs including successsion, bench-strength, and new business.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- + Administers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations. + Interviews, hires and establishes colleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance discussions. + Provides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education & Licensing -
- Bachelor's degree in health-related field or equivalent work experience preferred. Current unrestricted clinical license required. Certification in case management, rehabilitation nursing or a related specialty
- OR•board certification required.
- Experience -
- Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include five (5) years of medical case management, three (3) years of clinical quality control, and three (3) years of supervisory experience.
