- Supervise maintenance operations for the hotel Courtyard Rocky Mount and Residence Inn Rocky Mount Hotels,
- Supervise assigned associates including hiring, termination, discipline, development, and evaluations.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and according to specifications.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure coordination of activities.
- Develop and maintain an ongoing preventive maintenance program.
- Maintain standards of quality guest service.
- Participate in the preparation of the annual hotel budget.
Requirements Requirements:
- Effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
- Ability to accurately report information.
- Ability to scrupulously follow all StepStone and hotel policies and procedures.
- Attend required meetings.
- Conveys company information, decision, or problems to appropriate parties on a timely basis.
- Minimum lifting of 70 pounds.
- Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
- Hearing, writing, typing.
- Minimum pulling of 70 pounds.
- CPR training required; first aid training preferred.
